OK, I’ve used a virgin browser on two different OSes (meaning those browsers have never been to crooks.net or pulled down a security cert). Went straight there, using both the shortened URL above and the full-length version. I’ve got one more to try. I wonder, though, if maybe Dad missed a Windows update – I know a lot of security certs have been revoked or replaced. Dad, try running Windows Update manually (it’s in Control Panel) and see if you’re missing updates.
I always wondered about that. I’ve only heard it, not seen it, and thought it was a weird thing for a kid show. Never watched Romper Room. I’ll stick with doobie for now.
Can’t get in to your page.
David L. Crooks: you might have hit it during the 2 seconds I was doing an update? It’s working now for me…
Security error!
Hmm. David Crooks any ideas?
I’ll take a look.

It is an SSL a site because I’m a good internet doobie.
I think you mean “Do-Bee” (from Romper Room). “Doobie” is something that is now legal to smoke in Colorado.
