  1. If I read while working out I don’t get any benefit from the workout. I will just slide into a hypnotic state and won’t work hard enough to do any good. I’m doing yoga until I get into good enough shape to survive going back to karate. I really hate the early phase of getting fit after a prolonged injury, when you can barely do anything and it all hurts and there’s none of the GOOD feelings you get after you’re fit…
